Tereza Oršulíková
Dancer, contemporary circus artist, performer and lecturer
In my work I focus on aerial silks, tribal dance, fireperformance, creativity in movement, teaching of various flow arts, choreoghraphy, direction and mentoring, healthy movement, body care and nutrition, psychosomatic qualities of movement arts and positive effects of movement arts, community cocreation and nature on development of an individual as well as the society.
My philosophy:
I am a researcher who likes to take inspiration from different environments and create a unique style in fusion of different approaches towards movement. During the years of my experience with contemporary circus and movent arts I observe how this lifestyle positively impacts the quality of life in terms of self value, creativity development, authentic self expression, healthy habits and body consciousness, social relations, sense of belonging, cooperation and growth of functioning communities which are providing healthy environment within the communities and benefit the society in general.
During my work as a dancer and dance teacher I also address the topics of femininity, feminine expression, self confidence, healthy relationship with one’s own body and psyché and supportive group environment creation.
