Dance of self-discovery
Approach towards a movement and dance inspired by travelling, experience and rhythms from different stzles and parts of the world. In my approach I apply also Movement Medicine techniques and olistic approach towards a human being.
The intention of the dance is exploration and embodiment of one’s authenticity and self expression through one’s body. Through the dance we activate our senses and perceptions, deepen the connection with our body. We will learn to perceive our body as a temple of creation. Dance allows us to celebrate creative lifeforce within us and to experience togetherness and unity in one rhythm, mutual inspiration and variability. In playfulness and safe environment we can allow our emotions flow freely and awaken the natural vitality of our body.
In case of tribal and belly dance these styles have a positive effect on self confidence of women and sstisfacory feeling about our own body. It enables strenghtening and awarenes of the pelvic floor, discovery of own body and psyché, flow of creative feminine energy in the movement. Common traing in a group builds empathy and community feeling and mutual support among women, Tribal dance gives challenges, pleasure and fun as well.
